The house is 3 floors tall. The bottom floor comes with outdoor parking and a storage room. The living room, kitchen and a half bath are located on the next floor up. Finally, all 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located on the 3rd floor. Internet and WiFi: Fast wireless internet with triband mesh WiFi (Speeds pictured). Password and access provided at check-in. Streaming video services including Disney+, Netflix, Hulu and ESPN+ are provided on all TV’s. Kitchen: Utensils, plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, cookware, cutting boards and commonly used spices are provided. Miscellaneous We will provide you with a few tide pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and K-cups and tea for your first morning's coffee. This will get you started on your first day before a grocery store run. Essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels (including beach towels), linens and pillows included. Plenty of beach chairs and beach accessories. A Pack 'N Play can be provided on request. Finally, a propane grill is available but guests will need to purchase propane tank. Can be purchased at Carolina Petro, only a few blocks down from the house. House also comes with an outdoor shower Beach accessories provided are as follows: 8 beach chairs, two umbrellas, cooler, beach wagon, kid's beach toys & 2 bicycles.

1) Smoking: We do not allow smoking of any kind indoors or outdoors (including any roof top decks, porches, or lawns) including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco derived products and/or cannabis derived substances, vapes, etc. Violations are subject to fees for remediation of damages and eliminating the smell of smoke. 2) House parties: No house parties permitted. Exterior video cameras used on the premises to ensure the safety of all guests, and to enforce the no house parties policy. There are NO cameras anywhere inside the house to respect your privacy. House parties will be subject to fees for any damages in order to cover the added expenses of hiring professional cleaners, contractors, etc and replacement costs for ruined furniture, finishings, appliances, floors, carpets, drywall, electrical, or plumbing; at cost. Violations will lead to the booking being immediately terminated with no refund. 3) General house maintenance: If the property is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required, plus any costs incurred by any property, furnishings, or linens damage. 4) Animals: Animals are not allowed. Animals brought into the premises without explicit permission are subject to a fine of $500. Guests are responsible for repairs, replacements and cleaning required to fix any damages incurred from the animal. 5) Long term stays: Stays greater than 15 days require a professional cleaning every 15 days at $100 per additional cleaning. Based on your long term stay duration, we will confirm how many cleanings will need to happen, and send an in-app request for that payment amount before your stay ($100 per cleaning, every 15 days)

For clarity, the check out instructions sent to all guests are as follows: 11) Load all dirty dishes and start dishwasher prior to departure. 2) Return all beach accessories (beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc) to their proper locations in the garage. 3) Place all garbage in the provided large trash bags and place all trash in the green trash bin situated outside the house. Please roll the bin to the curb for trash & recycling pick up. 4) Conduct a final check to ensure you haven’t forgotten anything. 5) Lock the main door, outside closet door and windows prior to departure
