This home has a private condo on the ground floor with 1 King bed and 1 queen pull out couch, a full bath and a full kitchen. Three more bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The house has a total of 4 King beds and 1 sleeper couch that can comfortably sleep 10 adults. Two additional bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom can ideally sleep 2 more kids for a total of 12 guests. A second larger kitchen and living space are on the 3rd floor. Decks on both the 3rd and 4th floors. Entrance is on ground level. Internet and WiFi: Fast wireless internet with triband mesh WiFi (Speeds pictured). Password and access provided at check-in. Streaming video services including Peacock TV, Disney+, Netflix, Hulu and ESPN+ are provided on all TV’s. Kitchen: Utensils, plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, cookware, cutting boards and commonly used spices are provided. Miscellaneous We will provide you with a few tide pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and K-cups and tea for your first morning's coffee. This will get you started on your first day before a grocery store run. Essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels (including beach towels), linens and pillows included. Plenty of beach chairs and beach accessories. Baby gates and Pack 'N Pla ycan be provided on request. Finally, a propane grill is available but guests will need to purchase propane tank. Can be purchased at Carolina Petro, only a few blocks down from the house. House also comes with an outdoor shower Beach accessories include: 10+ beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, cooler, wagon, beach toys & 2 bicycles

1) Smoking: We do not allow smoking of any kind indoors or outdoors (including any roof top decks, porches, or lawns) including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco derived products and/or cannabis derived substances, vapes, etc. Violations are subject to fees for remediation of damages and eliminating the smell of smoke. 2) House parties: No house parties permitted. Exterior video cameras used on the premises to ensure the safety of all guests, and to enforce the no house parties policy. There are NO cameras anywhere inside the house to respect your privacy. House parties will be subject to fees for any damages in order to cover the added expenses of hiring professional cleaners, contractors, etc and replacement costs for ruined furniture, finishings, appliances, floors, carpets, drywall, electrical, or plumbing; at cost. Violations will lead to the booking being immediately terminated with no refund. 3) General house maintenance: If the property is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required, plus any costs incurred by any property, furnishings, or linens damage. 4) Animals: Animals are not allowed. Animals brought into the premises without explicit permission are subject to a fine of $500. Guests are responsible for repairs, replacements and cleaning required to fix any damages incurred from the animal. 5) Long term stays: Stays greater than 15 days require a professional cleaning every 15 days at $95 per additional cleaning. Based on your long term stay duration, we will confirm how many cleanings will need to happen, and send an in-app request for that payment amount before your stay ($95 per cleaning, every 15 days)

For clarity, the checkout instructions sent to all guests are as follows: 1) Load all dirty dishes and start dishwasher prior to departure. 2) Return all beach accessories (boogie boards, beach chairs, toys, etc) and bicycles to their proper locations in the garage. 3) Place all garbage in the provided large trash bags and place all trash and recycling in the large bins situated outside the house. Please roll the bins to the curb for trash & recycling pick up. 4) Conduct a final check to ensure you haven’t forgotten anything 5) Lock all main doors and windows and ensure the garage is closed prior to departure. 6) If you used the golf cart, please park the golf cart in the garage & plug the charger into the golf cart
